Swam 1800 yd at the pool 6:20 a.m.

Ran 6.3 miles 7 p.m.  Feeling very tired.  Took a different route and it didn't turn out to be 7 miles as I had hoped.  Mapped it after the run.

Went to the podiatrist after work to find out about replacing my worn-out orthotics.  He said they are pretty old and have deteriorated, so he did the foot mold with cast material and ordered new ones. They should be in within a week and a half.  He's doing the bike portion of the Memphis in May Triathlon on a relay team and another triathlon later in the summer in upstate New York.  He's from the same area (Finger Lakes) in New York where my grandparents lived (and my uncle still lives).  Small world.

7 pm - 7.27 route at an easy pace, then to sleep very early.   Jacob is back so we got to read stories before bed.

27-mile Gtown loop ride on tri bike in the afternoon.

7-mile run 7 pm.

Jacob's first t-ball game in the morning with picture and party day for all the players and their families.
