Nice double portion workout today. I bet the bike ride felt relaxed with the 6 miles your ran to get the legs warmed up.

Thanks. It was a pretty good ride. I was thinking that I might feel worn out having run in the morning but actually felt pretty good. I was riding with a group who were faster than me, so it was a little intense, but that's how you get faster in cycling. : )
